Meanwhile, in other news, there’s this from the First Baptist Church of Gulfport. “But Officer O’Malley, you’ve got it all wrong. I was not robbing money from the church’s offering plate. I was only making change for Pam. She put in a hundred-dollar bill, realized she only meant to put in a dollar, and asked me to help make change.”

And shame on you, James Edward DeMille, for taking my snap before I was ready for my close-up. Oh! Woe is me. But it’s okay to laugh at me and my pitiful plight. Laughter is good for the heart and soul.
