The Friday Funnies! Bellbottoms and The Music Man.

Today’s snap takes us back to Gulfport Little Theater’s 1976 production of “The Music Man.” Little moi was chorus member number 64.
Because it was our country’s Bicentennial, many costumes were red, white, and blue. No problem for moi. I rushed to my closet and assembled this stunning little ensemble, compliments of Mississippi Britches on Main Street in Hattiesburg. The three-inch, white patent leather pumps were from McRae’s. I think the oversized bowtie is a nice touch. Alas, gone is my 27-inch waist and much of my hair.
Need a good laugh today? Look back at some of your past clothing styles. Tears of laughter will flow, and that’s a good thing.
Later, Laughing Gaters!
