Let the record show that I, the wise advisor, warned Ms. Weidner about the potential consequences of visiting a bird sanctuary with birdseed sprinkled on her chapeau. But did she listen? Of course not.

And so, not long after we arrived, we found ourselves under attack by dive-bombing birds. It was like a scene straight out of Hitchcock’s “The Birds.” Ov vey! Such the day it was!
