This and That – It’s a Wonderful World.

Greetings! What a fun time we had Saturday afternoon watching “A Wonderful World” at the Saenger in New Orleans. The music, costumes, set, and actors and actresses were all breathtaking.

When they all went to tap dancing, I thought I was going to jump out of my seat and hit the stage with them. 😂 I loved both the old songs and the new ones written for the show. The show’s bound for Broadway.

Here’s wishing the cast, crew, and director a smashing Opening Night.

What fun to see a great show with dear friends–Beverly, Pam, Mary, Sam, and Rodger–then dine with them as well. I highly recommend St. John on Decatur. Best Filet Mignon I’ve eaten in a long time. Thank y’all for a lovely time of sparkling bater and delightful fellowship.
