This and That – A Valentine Thought.

There will be many expressions of love on display today.

One may be a vase of fragrant flowers splashing brilliant colors around the room. Perhaps a red, silk-covered box of delectable Ghirardelli chocolates may be given. Or, a De Beers diamond will delight with its prismatic beauty.

But there is a greater love, a higher love; a love that beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, and endureth all things. That love—God’s love—creates hope and helps you endure your greatest hardships. It never fails you or leaves you.

And because it dwells in your heart, you can love anyone regardless of who or what they are. No flowers, candy, or diamonds are needed.
