Note to self: When you’re told to turn the oven off so the roux flour can cool down, make sure the oven fan is off as well. If not, a face full of flour and a messy, detailed clean-up follows. 😂

Lest we forget: It’s good to chuckle at yourself and life’s problems. In today’s crazy world, having a good sense of humor is a dazzling social asset. 😉
