Advice that goes against your wishes is sometimes hard to swallow. However, your decision must be based on the quality of the advice, not on its attractiveness. It’s best to separate advice from your personal desires.

Seek advice from those who will tell you the truth, not just what you want to hear. Is their advice realistic? Workable? Will it help make improvements? Create a positive solution?

Ponder this and go forth.
